About the Role:

As the Head of Operations andamp; Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial services while leading a dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Director of Finance to drive transformational management and service delivery improvements.
  • Team Empowerment: Inspire and develop your team to adopt a collaborative approach, ensuring continuous learning and outstanding customer service.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial control, balance sheet integrity and operational cash flow management.
  • Compliance andamp; Audit: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and oversee internal audits to maintain governance and accountability.
  • Community Engagement: Actively contribute to enhancing the lives of residents and the wider community, embodying the organization's values.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
  • A strong background in financial management, particularly in a social housing or a regulated environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving performance.
