Chilworth Partnership are partnering with a high growth Financial Services business on a newly created vacancy. We are seeking a technical expert to perform the role of Head of Financial Reporting, with responsibility for statutory accounting and Group consolidation, regulatory reporting and risk management.andnbsp;

Head of Financial Reporting: Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital requirements.
  • Assess and monitor the firmandrsquo;s own funds, liquid assets, and risk exposures, ensuring the firm meets regulatory capital and liquidity thresholds.
  • Prepare and maintain ICARA documentation, including risk assessments, recovery planning, and wind down analysis.
  • Liaise with compliance and risk teams to ensure alignment between financial management and prudential risk management frameworks.andnbsp;

Head of Financial Reporting: Requirement

  • andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; Full qualification andndash; ACA or ACCA.
  • andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; In depth statutory accounting and financial governance experience.
  • andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; Extensive Financial Services industry experience.
  • andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; Knowledge of ICARA documentation.
  • andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; Strong stakeholder management track record.
