ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, youand#39;ll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, youand#39;ll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. The Head of Housekeeping role demands excellent attention to detail, but weand#39;ll also rely on you to motivate everyone in your team to be at their best. Put simply, youand#39;ll help to make your care home a shining example of a high quality care environment.

ABOUT YOU
Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping. Weand#39;ll also look for a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. A caring nature and good communication skills are important as youand#39;ll often come into contact with other members of staff, residents and their relatives.
