We are seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead a growing performance marketing function within an established agency. This is a key leadership role focused on managing the paid media team and driving strong campaign performance across multiple channels.

DUTIES andamp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop the paid media team
  • Own strategy and performance across channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn
  • Drive campaign optimisation and delivery against client objectives
  • Support new business and grow existing accounts
  • Implement best practices and identify new opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong background in paid media and performance marketing
  • Experience leading teams in an agency or similar environment
  • Solid understanding of multi-channel campaigns and optimisation
  • Commercial mindset with good analytical skills
