Our client, are a large housing provider, are currently looking for a Head Of Repairs andamp; Maintenance to lead their direct labour team on andnbsp;day to day responsive repair contracts.

The Role;

andnbsp;

Within this role, you will work along side a Commercial Manager and the Head Of Planned andamp; Decarbonisation ensuring Pandamp;L, budgets and deadlines are met. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP andamp; programming of works and budgeting. You will report directly in to the MD.

Your direct team will include Operations managers, contract managers, supervisors, a direct labour team andamp; office staff. You will report directly in to the Repairs director who will support you in making the service are a success.

The Candidate;

andnbsp;

The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience responsive maintenance and partnering frameworks. Experience managing multiple site teams, a large DLO, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.

andnbsp;

A good knowledge of up to date legislations and strong organisational skills is also desired.

andnbsp;

Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.

Building teams to hit and overachieve KPI's and Targets

Ability to manage Pandamp;L on contracts, understanding

andnbsp;
