This full-time, permanent role based in Rotherham offers a competitive salary of -45,000 - -50,000, plus a company car.-The position is ideal for individuals residing in the Doncaster/Sheffield area, although candidates slightly East of this region will also be considered. The role involves daily travel to multiple sites, making it perfect for motivated individuals with a clean driving licence and a willingness to be on the move.

Candidates must possess:-
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health and Safety role, with a solid background in the construction industry-
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- TECH IOSH certification and a clear, relatable training record are mandatory.
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full, clean driving licence
Responsibilities include:-
- Ensuring health and safety compliance across diverse construction sites-
- Representing clients as the safety authority in meetings
- Acting as Principal Designer where needed-
- Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations-
- Developing and implementing health and safety policies-
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for report writing, phone, and in-person interactions.
