Job Description

Assured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a respected UK manufacturing group to appoint a Health andamp; Safety Co-ordinator for their high-volume production facility in Somerset. This is an organisation that doesnandrsquo;t just talk about safety it invests in it, with a strong track record of performance improvements across its UK operations.

As a key member of the Site Team, you will assist the HSE lead the with strategy, complaince and culture. Weandrsquo;re looking for someone who combines strategic potential with a hands-on approach, shape behaviours, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the developing and delivering a site-specific HSE improvement plan to manage risks and ensure legal compliance
  • Help drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across all departments
  • Perform internal and external audits to uphold high standards including 14001/45001
  • Assit the HSE lead implement Group SHE systems, initiatives, and campaigns at site level
  • Liaise with regulators when required

    What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
  • 1-3 years exposure to HSE ideally large manufacturing or industrial environment.andnbsp; May not be your full time role
  • Strong communication and engagement skills at all organisational levels
  • Knowledge of technical and legislative Health andamp; SAfety with keen desire to explore further.
