Salary:andnbsp;From andpound;50,000- andpound;60,000 (Dependent on experience)
Contract:andnbsp;Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 7:00am andndash; 4:00pm

What youandrsquo;ll be doing:
  • Ensure compliance with all HSandamp;E legislation across site operations.
  • Lead site-wide audits, risk assessments (incl. PUWER andamp; COSHH), and safety reviews.
  • Investigate incidents, manage reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage Safe Systems of Work and Permits to Work.
  • Lead HSandamp;E Committee meetings and ensure follow-through on actions.
  • Deliver contractor and visitor safety protocols.
  • Oversee emergency planning, drills and evacuation procedures.
  • Maintain and update key documentation, policies and training records.
About you:
  • Experience in an HSandamp;E management role within manufacturing or engineering.andnbsp;
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Health andamp; Safety legislation and best practice.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a calm and organised approach.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent HSandamp;E qualification (desirable).
