NEOS Engineering are partnered with a well-established and highly respected organisation within the plant and equipment sector who are looking to appoint an ambitious Hire Controller to join their growing team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within plant hire, tool hire, powered access, welfare, accommodation or construction equipment rental who is looking for genuine progression into senior leadership or management in the future.

The Role:
andbull; Managing incoming hire enquiries from new and existing customers
andbull; Coordinating equipment availability, deliveries and collections
andbull; Liaising with engineers, drivers and depot staff to ensure smooth operations
andbull; Building strong relationships with customers and maximising hire opportunities
andbull; Supporting the depot with day-to-day operational duties
andbull; Working closely with senior management with a clear progression pathway available
The Candidate:
andbull; Previous experience as a Hire Controller, Hire Desk Controller, Rental Coordinator or similar
andbull; Experience within plant hire, tool hire, powered access, generators, accommodation, welfare or related sectors
andbull; Organised, motivated and commercially aware
andbull; Strong communication and customer service skills
andbull; Someone ambitious who wants long-term progression and development
