Job Description
Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Income Officer on a temporary contract situated in Manchester
The role as Housing Officer will involve hybrid work 1-2 days at home/and or in the office
As a Housing Income Officer your role will involve:
- Providing a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester
- Dealing with low level ASB issues
- Collection on Income and Rental payments
- Tenancy Sign Ups
Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Housing Income experience
You must have access to a car
