Our leading marine client is currently looking for a HSE manager to work across the Solent region.

The successful Health Safety Environmental manager will be required to carry out the following range of duties:

• Lead, manage and continually improve all health, safety and environmental acitivities across site.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Handamp;S policies andandnbsp;procedures.
• Lead and review COSH and risk assesments.
• Lead accident and incident investigationsandnbsp;
• Manage contractor Handamp;S compliance including review of documentation.
• Develop and deliver toolbox talks.
• Maintain and develop the environmental management systems
• Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste, emissions, discharges and energy useage.andnbsp;
• Maintain and continually improve the Intergrated management system.
• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all sites
