Job Description
WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company that focuses on non-teaching support in the education sector.
I am working with a great further education client of ours in London who are looking to recruit a full time, permanent HR Policy Advisor.
Ideally, they need someone who can support the developmentroll out of HR/ People policies that ensure compliance with legislative requirements and best practices.
You will collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to conduct compliance audits and will also provide guidance on policy-related matters to staff across the college
This will suit somebody with previous HR operations and HR Policy development experience.
Salary is between andpound;38,000 - andpound;40,000 plus 29 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and access to a local government pension. After probation, there is also the option to work 1 day remote, subject to business need.
