Job Description
We are proud to be partnering with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire, who are looking to appoint a Independent Living Services Manager on a 6 month temporary contract
This will be a full-time position lasting 6 months.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing within a council or local authority, a full UK driversandrsquo; licence and access to a vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing the running of four independent living schemes within the council
- Managing a team of three team leaders and 10 Scheme Managers
- Act as strategic lead to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service
Experience required:
- Experience managing a team andnbsp;
- Experience working with a housing association or council
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Great organisational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of housing legislation
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday andndash; Friday, 9am-5pm
