Description

• A short term day rate role due to absence in the team and to manage workload
• Reporting into the Head of HR looking for a Interim professional to be able to land in the business and offer immediatei support to the team
• Support with Grievances/ ER casework
• Redundancy
• Talent Development Project work

Profile

A successful Interim HR Consultant should have:

• Proven expertise in Interim HR Consultancy work
• Complex employee relations casework/Dandamp;G
• Led on redundancy.restructure
• Led on HR projects
