An Interim HR Consultant to:

• Support in delivering the People Strategy
• Support with Employee engagement activity to develop an action plan and initiatives
• Support with performance management process, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning
• Develop people plans
• Implement organisational development activity
• Oversee complex employee relations casework
• Develop and implement HR initiatives
• Lead change management activity if required including restructures and consultations
• Projects to be confirmed in more detail

Profile

An Interim HR Consultant with:

• Experience in leading and managing multiple strategic HR projects
• Able to start at short notice
• Experience working in Housing desirable
• Experience working in a multi-site organisation essential
