Description

An Interim Reward Manager to:

  • Provide reward leadership expertise to support the executive team
  • Chair Remco meetings
  • Partner with Exco to ensure critical reward activities are delivered
  • Provide salary benchmarking and market analysis on executive remuneration
  • Lead on pay and grading frameworks, job evaluation and pay gap analysis
  • Support with reward strategy development
  • Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships

Profile

An Interim Reward Manager with:

  • Public sector or not for profit experience desirable
  • Experience leading executive reward activity
  • Able to start at short notice
