Description
An Interim Reward Manager to:
- Provide reward leadership expertise to support the executive team
- Chair Remco meetings
- Partner with Exco to ensure critical reward activities are delivered
- Provide salary benchmarking and market analysis on executive remuneration
- Lead on pay and grading frameworks, job evaluation and pay gap analysis
- Support with reward strategy development
- Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships
Profile
An Interim Reward Manager with:
- Public sector or not for profit experience desirable
- Experience leading executive reward activity
- Able to start at short notice
