JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:andnbsp;andnbsp;
- Service Manager has operational management responsibility for a number of teams. The focus of this role is leadership and management of the Young Service with operational responsibility for teams including Adolescent Social Work Team, Adolescent Workers andamp; Families Together (Edge of Care), delivering social work services to children, young people and their families.andnbsp;
- The post holder will play a key role in the Divisionandrsquo;s senior management team in delivering corporate objectives, influencing strategic decision making, assessing and mitigating department risk
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Social Work qualification
- Qualified Social worker registered with Social Work England.
- Evidence of continuous professional development relevant to the role profile
