Are you a Jointing Supervisor with experience of overseeing low voltage jointing works on DNO networks? If so, then read on!

Our client is a leading tier one utility company experienced in delivering LV and HV turnkey works on distribution networks.

Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an experienced Jointing Supervisor to oversee LV jointing teams across the Thames Valley.

Salary to -58k | Company Vehicle + Fuel Card | Annual Bonus | Pension | 28-Days Holiday

Jointing Supervisor Key Essentials:

• Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating jointing teams working on DNO LV cable installations and terminations
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with DNO specifications, HSE regulations, and company procedures
• Plan daily work activities and allocate resources to meet project programmes
• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks
• Inspect jointing work to ensure quality and technical compliance
• Liaise with Project Managers and client representatives regarding workload
• Manage permits, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
• Ensure all plant, materials, and equipment are available and used correctly
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and documentation
• Support training and development of new Jointers and Apprentices

Jointing Supervisor Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Jointing Supervisor on DNO networks with strong knowledge of LV cable jointing and termination techniques
• Qualified with NRSWA Supervisor and EUSR accreditation
• Strong understanding of health andamp; safety regulations with the ability to manage and motivate teams on site
