Junior Logistics Operator

Full-time, permanent

You do not need years of experience, but you must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, good IT ability and a genuine interest in learning how logistics operations work.

You may already have some experience within logistics, transport, shipping, freight, haulage, admin, customer service, warehouse or operations, or you may be looking to take your first proper step into the sector.

The role may involve:

• Coordinating bookings, deliveries, collections or shipments

  andnbsp;

• Speaking with customers, drivers, suppliers and internal teams

  andnbsp;

• Updating systems and keeping information accurate

  andnbsp;

• Supporting transport, shipping, freight or haulage operations

  andnbsp;

• Learning documentation, compliance and operational processes

  andnbsp;

• Solving day-to-day problems in a fast-paced environment

  andnbsp;

We're looking for someone who has:

• A genuine interest in a career within logistics or supply chain

  andnbsp;

• Strong communication and organisation skills

  andnbsp;

• Good IT/admin skills and attention to detail

  andnbsp;

• Some previous work experience in admin, customer service, operations, warehouse, transport, logistics or similar

  andnbsp;

• Good academics or relevant qualifications

  andnbsp;

• A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic

  andnbsp;
