Workshop Recruitment are looking for experienced landscapers to runs teams of 2 and 3 building garden of all shapes and sizes. Our client has 50 yearsandrsquo; experience and thousands of delighted customers, our client is highly regarded for its professional garden design, construction and maintenance.

About this role:

• Running a team, providing clear and direct instructions
• Ensure all relevant vehicles, machinery and materials are available for the start of each working day
• Ensure landscape work is carried out to the correct plan
• Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions
• Responible for onsite health and safety
• Accurate of recording of times and materials used on site
• Liaise with the designer and client regarding modifications

About you:

• Practical Hard landscape skills
• Experience of running a team
• Experience working from plans and to customer specification
• Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions of the day
• Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
• 7.5 tonne driving experience
• Soft Landscaping skills
• Plant identification and knowledge
• A full UK driving license
