We're currently recruiting for a fast-growing, multi-site manufacturer (target andpound;60M+ turnover) investing heavily in their people and equipment. As a result they are looking for a hands-on Lead Maintenance Engineer in a newly created role to ensure they are running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Lead and deliver hands-on PPM across production equipment
andmiddot;Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and to a high standard
andmiddot;Supervise engineers and contractors on-site
andmiddot;Carry out post-maintenance checks and safe equipment handovers
andmiddot;Identify and escalate faults and follow-up work
andmiddot;Plan PPMs (tools, parts, permits, resources)
andmiddot;Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes
andmiddot;Assist with reactive maintenance and engineering projects
andnbsp;
What We're Looking For
andmiddot;Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background
andmiddot;Experience delivering PPMs in a manufacturing environment
andmiddot;Knowledge of CMMS systems
andmiddot;Solid understanding of LOTO, permits, and safe isolation
andmiddot;Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
andmiddot;Organised, proactive, and a strong team player

Qualifications
andmiddot;NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
andmiddot;18th Edition (BS 7671)
andmiddot;Electrical qualification (preferred)
andmiddot;2391 Inspection andamp; Testing (desirable)
andmiddot;PLC/automation experience (advantageous)
