The Role

As a Lecturer in English, you will be part of a supportive curriculum team delivering English GCSE and Functional Skills to learners aged 16andndash;19 on study programmes. You will contribute to the planning, delivery and development of learning, while providing effective academic and pastoral support to students. You will take responsibilityandnbsp;for learner progress, attendance and achievement, alongside the associated course administration, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning at all times.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic teacher with experience of working in a further education environment and supporting learners aged 14andndash;19. You will have strong, up-to-date subject knowledge and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching. Organised and proactive, you will manage administrative responsibilities effectively and communicate confidently with learners, colleagues and other stakeholders, supporting the personal and professional development of young people.
