Lettings Managerandnbsp;

• Basic salary andpound;28,000 plus andpound;250 per month car allowance (andpound;3,000) plus 45p per mile on business mileage with on target earnings of andpound;40,000 to andpound;45,000.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;
• You willandnbsp;be responsible forandnbsp;business generation (leads provided), listing and managing 2 team members (one office based and one remote).andnbsp;andnbsp;
• Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. No Bank Holidays or Sundays. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Saturdays are 9.00am to 4.00pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays off.andnbsp;andnbsp;
• 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays annual leave plus birthdays off and a skeleton staff over the Christmas period so you do get some extra days as well.andnbsp;

• The role will be ideal for an existing Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager looking to make the next step in their career or someone currently working in a Lettings Managers role already, but within an environment which is failing to recognise their full potential, provide the necessary training and support required or limited opportunity to improve earning potential.andnbsp;
