About the Setting
We are working with a welcoming and supportive setting in Southwark, looking for a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 EYFS Practitioner in Southwark who wants to work in a setting that values high-quality Early Years provision, positive relationships and children's individual development.
The Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner in Southwark, you will:
- Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development
- Promote communication, language and physical development
- Observe, assess and record children's progress
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider EYFS team
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures
Ideal Candidate
The successful Level 3 EYFS Practitioner will have:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Previous experience working within an EYFS or Nursery setting
- A current Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A warm, nurturing and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
- A strong commitment to safeguarding
