ARC are currently looking for an experienced lifting supervisor.
For this position, you must have the following:

andbull; Lifting Supervisor certification (CPCS / NPORS or equivalent)
andbull; CSCS Card andndash; Supervisor level
andbull; LOLER awareness training

Desirable:
andbull; Appointed Person qualification
andbull; Slinger / Signaller or Rigging certification
andbull; SMSTS or SSSTS
andbull; Temporary Works awareness

This temporary work for a Lifting supervisor is for a minimum duration of 1 year, on a civils project in Norwich.

There will be different shift times and days, dependant on the project schedule.

Skills andamp; Competencies required

andbull; Minimum 15 yearsandrsquo; experience supervising lifting operations in construction or infrastructure projects.
andbull; Proven experience in heavy and complex lifting operations.
andbull; Experience with civil works, shaft construction, and sheet piling.
andbull; Desirable experience in trenchless works such as Direct Pipe, microtunnelling, or pipe jacking

andbull; Strong knowledge of lifting regulations and best practice
andbull; Ability to supervise complex and high-risk lifting operations
andbull; Excellent communication and coordination skills
andbull; Assertive approach to stopping unsafe work
andbull; Strong planning and organisational capability
