iSQ Recruitment is working with a well-established food manufacturer near Bury St Edmunds with their search for aandnbsp;Machine Operator.andnbsp;Youandrsquo;ll be working in a high-volume processing environment, where attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay proactive and manage multiple tasks are key.

This role would suit someone with previousandnbsp;experience operating production machinery in a busy manufacturing environment, who enjoys being hands-on, working as part of a team, and keeping processes running smoothly. Experience inandnbsp;food production, process manufacturing, agriculture processing, grain, or similar industrial environments would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and monitoring production and processing machinery
  • Ensuring production processes run efficiently and safely throughout the shift
  • Carrying out routine checks and basic mechanical tasks to support operations
  • Maintaining high food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Identifying issues quickly and working proactively to minimise downtime
  • Supporting the wider team with planned maintenance and operational tasks
  • Working within a busy, physically active production environment
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
  • Experience working in food manufacturing, process manufacturing, or a similar production environment
  • Previous experience operating or monitoring production machinery
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
  • Physically fit and happy to remain active throughout shifts
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team
  • Flexible to work Panama day and night shifts
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Full Right to Work in the UK
