Location: Fareham (PO15)
Hours: Will be 2 x shift patterns - 7am-3.30pm, and 9.30am - 6pm andndash; 40 hours per week with 30mins unpaid lunch.
Pay: andpound;24.00ph paid weekly via umbrella andndash; no CIS

Key Responsibilities:
- React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLAandrsquo;s.
- Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
- Test and diagnose power quality issues.
- Emergency light testing.
- Fire alarm testing.
- Understand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes andamp; Oandamp;Mandrsquo;s.
- Undertake upgrade andamp; install work.
- Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs andamp; ensure works have been carried out in line with company policies.
- Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly.
- Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence.
- Accurately maintain site work logs andamp; paperwork.
- Other duties as and when required.
Qualifications andamp; Experience
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
- Experience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use
- FM experience advantageous
