Shift: Double Days
Salary: andpound;38,000 - andpound;40,000
Location: Commutable from Kettering, Rushden, Raunds, Northampton, and Corby

Profile
The successful candidate will be a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical bias. Experience within a food or FMCG environment is preferred but not essential.
You will be a highly motivated individual with a proactive approach, as there are excellent opportunities for further development and upskilling within the role.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will work as part of a team responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance on new and existing equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Maintenance and fault finding on FMCG high-speed machinery
andmiddot;Working on packaging, paper, and print machinery
andmiddot;Reading electrical drawings
andmiddot;PLC fault finding (advantageous)
andmiddot;Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
andmiddot;Involvement in TPM and 5S activities across engineering and manufacturing
Mechanically, you must be fully conversant with milling and lathe machines.
