Maintenance Manager

A global leader in heavy industrial manufacturing is seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function at one of its key UK sites.

This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a well-established operation, managing a skilled team of 15andndash;20 multi-disciplined engineers. With a strong capital investment plan already in place, youandrsquo;ll have the autonomy, resources, and support to shape the maintenance strategy and drive continuous improvement across the site.

The Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of engineers with varied skill sets

• Take full ownership of the siteandrsquo;s engineering and maintenance function

• Drive performance against KPIs, ensuring targets are met and consistently exceeded

• Champion a proactive maintenance culture, focusing on reliability and efficiency

• Manage and deliver ongoing CAPEX projects, with a healthy budget already allocated

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and processes

• A strong people leader who can engage, inspire, and develop teams

• Proven experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment

• Results-driven, with a track record of delivering and exceeding KPIs
