The Role
As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostics, servicing and repairs while supporting the workshop team with your technical expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Carrying out complex diagnostics, servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
andmiddot;Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults efficiently
andmiddot;Inspecting vehicles and identifying repair requirements
andmiddot;Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and right first time
andmiddot;Providing technical guidance and support to fellow Technicians
andmiddot;Liaising with Service Advisors and Workshop Control to ensure a smooth workflow
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and job records
andmiddot;Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
About You
We're looking for someone with:
andmiddot;NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
andmiddot;Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
andmiddot;Strong understanding of manufacturer standards and workshop procedures
andmiddot;Ability to mentor and support other Technicians
andmiddot;MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
andmiddot;Full UK Manual Driving Licence
andmiddot;A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
andmiddot;Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available)
