An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- -28-per hour-
- Contract type: On-going
Key duties andamp; Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance-
- HVAC Systems -
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot andamp; cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors-
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified City andamp; Guilds - Level 2-
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
