An excellent opportunity has become available for aandnbsp;Mechanical Fitterandnbsp;to join a large manufacturing facility in Highland region.

This is a full time permanent role that would involve working shifts with an excellent salary and benefit package.andnbsp;

Responsibilities:

• Repair of mechanical breakdownsandnbsp;
• Carry out preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Identify and report any signs of equipment failure
• Ensure all documentation is kept up to date
• Install and commission equipment and servicesandnbsp;
• Adopt and maintain good engineering and housekeeping proceduresandnbsp;
• Assist with other engineering work when and where requiredandnbsp;

Skills and Experience required for the Mechanical Fitter role:

• City andamp; Guilds / ONC qualification or similar in a mechanical discipline who has completed a 4-year apprenticeshipandnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• A strong health and safety awareness and the ability to work unsupervisedandnbsp; andnbsp;
