Mechanical Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial projects. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and suppliers
- Programme management and progress reporting
- Procurement of materials and plant
- Ensure technical compliance with drawings and specifications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams
Requirements:
- Experience delivering mechanical packages in the commercial sector
- Strong technical understanding of building services
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
- Experience with project management systems beneficial-
