Mechanical Supervisor
Job Description
Involve Recruitment are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to support the delivery of commercial mechanical projects on site. This is a hands-on role overseeing site activities and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical trades and subcontractors on site
- Ensure works are completed safely and to programme
- Monitor quality and installation standards
- Assist with site coordination and planning
- Report progress to Project Managers
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
Requirements:
- Experience in a mechanical supervisory role within commercial construction
- Strong site-based mechanical background
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
