About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations on a large scale commercial project. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Mechanical Supervisor-Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical works on site (HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, etc.)
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Ensure all works comply with health andamp; safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• Manage materials, labour, and site resources effectively
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Assist with commissioning and handover processes

Mechanical Supervisor-Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, ductwork)
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• CSCS card (relevant trade or supervisory level)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
