Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

The Role
We are supporting a leading environmental services provider who are expanding their field teams ahead of a major contract mobilisation.
They are looking for Mechanical Technicians to carry out routine maintenance and operational support across a network of treatment and monitoring sites.
This is a practical, hands on role suited to candidates from a mechanical maintenance, operator or engineering background.

Key Responsibilities
andbull; Strip, inspect, and maintain valves and mechanical components
andbull; Carry out greasing, servicing, and basic repairs
andbull; Take water samples and record operational data
andbull; Perform routine site checks and readings
andbull; Support general maintenance and upkeep of sites
andbull; Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with procedures
andbull; Report issues and escalate faults where required
andbull; Work independently across multiple sites
What We Are Looking For
andbull; Background in mechanical maintenance, plant operations, or similar
andbull; Practical, hands-on approach with good problem solving skills
andbull; Comfortable working alone in a field-based role
andbull; Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
andbull; Full UK driving licence (essential)
andbull; Experience in water, utilities, or industrial environments is advantageous but not essential.
