The Opportunity
Travis Talent are working with a leading building services contractor who are expanding their delivery team.
They are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC, pipework, and mechanical installations across a range of live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical delivery on projects from start to finish
- Manage site teams and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement and project programmes
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You
- Mechanical Project Management experience within MEP/building services
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Commercially aware with budgeting experience
- Proactive and solutions-focused
