Metal Anodising Technician
Job Description
Youandrsquo;ll be part of a team producing precision components used in a very complex device designed to save lives.
These components are produced on highly advanced CNC machines and you will be responsible for their preparation before and during the anodising process
Youandrsquo;ll be checking components against engineering drawings and then transfering the components to the anodising process
Some components require masking to protect surfaces from the chemicals used
Youandrsquo;ll need commercial experience in anodising, etching or plating, demonstrating safe handling of hazardous chemicals
Thereandrsquo;s lot of available overtime on rotating shifts 6am-2pm Monday to Thursday, 6am-12 midday Friday and 1.45pm-10pm Monday to Thursday and 12 midday to 4pm on Friday
Basic salary is andpound;35,000 plus 22.5% shift pay = andpound;43,600 before overtime and annual bonus
