Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias)

Locations: Marble Arch, Tottenham Court Road andamp; Hammersmith (London)
Salary: -45,000 + Call-Out + Overtime + Company Van andamp; Fuel Card

We are currently seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias) to join our team, covering three key commercial sites across Central and West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and adaptable engineer looking for a stable role with a structured portfolio.

Role Overview

• Covering three sites only: Marble Arch, Tottenham Court Road, and Hammersmith
• Mobile role with a consistent and manageable patch
• Working across a commercial contract environment

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and/or mechanical faults
• Supporting general building services maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health andamp; safety regulations
• Liaising with site teams and subcontractors where required
• Maintaining accurate records and job updates

Requirements

• Level 2 qualification minimum (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Level 3 qualification desirable
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence

Call-Out andamp; Overtime

• Call-out rota: 1 in 6
• -125 standby payment
• Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out at overtime rate
