Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the fullandnbsp;import/export processandnbsp;from start to finish.
  • Provide quotations, handle bookings, and liaise directly with customers and EU agents.
  • Overseeandnbsp;customs clearanceandnbsp;and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Book deliveries with shipping lines and/or merchant hauliers.
  • Handle invoicing, duty, and VAT procedures efficiently.
  • Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

  • Export LCL / FCL export pricing andndash; carriers, co-loaders, hauliers, overseas agency

  • Export booking procedure with carriers / hauliers

  • Export regulations / documentation andndash; incoterms, export docs experience.

  • Systems andndash; Destin8, CNS, carrier portals, FCL (bonus, not necessary).

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Aandnbsp;proactive, positive attitudeandnbsp;with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pricing / input bookings andamp; general operations.
