Salary: andpound;40,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

A fantastic in-house opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the on-site team at a well-maintained commercial facility in South East London. This is an excellent chance for an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer to secure a stable Monday-Friday role with an attractive benefits package and genuine long-term prospects.

What you'll do:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services plant.
• Work on both electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and basic plumbing/mechanical equipment.
• Undertake fault finding and first-line repairs to ensure minimal downtime to site operations.
• Ensure all plant is maintained in line with statutory compliance and health andamp; safety regulations.
• Update job records, complete reports, and support the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
• Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality engineering service.

What you'll bring:

• City andamp; Guilds / NVQ in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Proven experience in building services or commercial facilities maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, reliable, and client-facing approach.
