A well-established food manufacturer in Leeds is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a tight-knit maintenance team on a stable, growing site. This isnand#39;t justandnbsp;fire fighting,andnbsp;the team is structured around planned maintenance, reliability improvement and continuous improvement, with real time built in to work on things properly.

Youand#39;ll be working across automated food processingandnbsp;lines, fault-finding on motors, drives, sensors and PLC-controlled systems, with mechanical support across pneumatics and hydraulics. The site operates to strict food safety and hygiene standards, so experience working within a BRC or similar accredited environment is a real advantage.

What the kit looks like

Electrical: motors, drives, sensors, control panels, PLCs
Mechanical: pneumatics, hydraulics, food processing and packaging lines
Systems: PPM schedules, permit to work, safe isolation, food safety compliance

What theyand#39;re looking for

Multi-skilled maintenance background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong electrical fault-finding ability: motors, drives, sensors, control panels
PLC fault-finding experience
Mechanical skills across pneumatics and hydraulics
NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship in Engineering
