Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers (2 positions available)

2 shift pattern (6am-2.30pm andamp; 1.30pm-10pm) no weekends!

-45,000 plus 15% shift allowance, over time available-

Jackson Hogg are delighted to supporting our growing client with the appointment of 2 shift engineers to work on a permanent basis.

We ae looking for someone comfortable being the sole engineer on a shift. You wil loversee all aspects of plant maintenance activities, ensuring maximum machine upstime, efficency and safety. This role is a mix of planed preventative maintenance andamp; reactive.-

Job Description

• Ensuring all machinery andamp; equipment are capable of delivering the company production requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
• Carrying out breakdown maintenance in a timely manner.
• Working closely with the production shift managers to improve machine reliability andamp; process efficiency.
• Co-ordinate with original equipment manufacturers and contractors for equipment maintenance, upgrades and installations.
• Create monthly reports on machine reliability andamp; downtime.-
• Be the main point of contact for all external maintenance contractors.

Skills Required

• Time served with previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• Be comfortable with lone working
• Strong understanding of CNC machines is essential-
• Good communicator-
