Shifts:andnbsp;Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Earlier finishes may apply depending on production volume.)
Transport:andnbsp;Own vehicle essential due to site location and shift times

This is Monday to Friday role with long-term opportunity offering job security and a permanent position for the right individual.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating and maintaining machinery on the production line to create high-quality food products
• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure products meet safety and company standards
• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Recording production data accurately and completing inspection logs
• Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot and solve any production issues

What we're looking for:

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour shifts
• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus, but a great attitude counts too
• Team-oriented, but also capable of working independently when needed
• Own transport is essential due to the rural location
