Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Telford
Salary: -48,000 - -50,000
Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join an expanding Engineering team. Due to new investment on brand new machinery, this will give the successful candidate great exposure into an Engineering team that has the right mindset towards a planned and preventative attitude. You will also get the opportunity to visit the OEM directly for training.

Responsbilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Troubleshooting mechanical faults across a range of machinery - Hydraulics, Pneumatics, bearings, chains, motors
• Supporting process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Working with a small, friendly team in a hands-on environment
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Experience

• Proven maintenance experience (manufacturing or similar environment)
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• A team player who takes pride in their work
