The Role

Weandrsquo;re looking for experienced multi-trade Plasterers to join our Dudley and Sandwell area team. Youandrsquo;ll work across a variety of internal and external property repairs and refurbishment projects, delivering high-quality finishes. This is a hands-on role covering plastering, carpentry, tiling, and general property maintenance across occupied and void homes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of plastering and rendering repairs, including patching, bonding, skimming, and making good.
• Undertake multi-trade tasks such as tiling, carpentry, skirting, doors, window boards, and external brickwork repairs.
• Remove and refit sinks, baths, and radiators, including silicone sealing and adjustments.
• Replace or repair glass in uPVC windows.
• Carry out slabbing, edging, and minor landscaping tasks.
• Prepare surfaces and apply materials to achieve durable, high-quality finishes.
• Work safely and efficiently across occupied and void residential properties.
• Follow Health andamp; Safety procedures, including risk assessments and correct PPE use.
• Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and admin teams to maintain smooth, efficient service delivery.

About You

Youandrsquo;re an experienced plasterer who takes pride in your craft, delivering clean, smooth, long-lasting finishes. Youandrsquo;re polite, respectful, and customer-focused, someone who represents Axis CLC professionally in residentsandrsquo; homes. You work efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City andamp; Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent)
• Experienced multi-trade plasterer with skills across plastering, tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, brickwork, slabbing, and general property maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence and well-maintained tool kit
• Strong Health andamp; Safety awareness (Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, etc.)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality
