Music Teacher in Nottingham

Location: Nottingham
Pay: -160 to -220 a day, depending on experience

About the role
You'll deliver engaging, high-quality music lessons across the key stages, helping pupils build their confidence, creativity and love of music. Schools we work with value teachers who can bring energy and enthusiasm to the classroom, whether that's through singing, instrumental work, composition or performance.

What you'll do

• Plan and teach music lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Support pupils' musical development and encourage participation
• Maintain a positive, well-managed learning environment
• Work as part of the school team

What we're looking for

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching music in a school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A passion for music education
• An up-to-date enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
