My Client is a Large house builder andnbsp;looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in theandnbsp; Southampton area. You will be offered a generous salary andnbsp; and a great commission structure, car allowancesandnbsp; plus mileage.
If youandrsquo;re looking to for a smaller luxury builderandnbsp;andnbsp;but with a family feel this could be the right move for you.andnbsp;
The ideal person will need at least 2 yearsandrsquo; experience working on fast placed development or working with a similar national house builder.
andbull; You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, have excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service.
andbull; Negotiate the sales details with purchases
andbull; Be confident to use a CRM system
andbull; You will need to drive to other developments to cover appointments.
andbull; You will need to chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments and to try and maximise sales
andbull; Be the primary contact up to an including completion
andbull; Ensure the sales area is well presented at all times
andbull; Portray a professional image
andbull; Assisting clients with optional extra
