Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and growing company? We are excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing business in Daventry, who are looking for Bystronic press brake operators to join them on a permanent basis.-

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain Bystronic press brake machines (80 to 150 tonnes).
  
  
• Manufacture component parts according to production schedules, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and KPIs.
  
  
• Occasionally assist with operating the Laser machine as needed.
  
  
• Perform rolling and forming tasks when required.
  
  
• Contribute to the smooth running of the department by undertaking additional ad hoc duties as necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in operating press brake machines, particularly Bystronic models.
  
  
• Strong technical skills with the ability to set and program machines (highly desirable).
  
  
• A keen eye for detail with a methodical and precise approach to work.
  
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
  
  
• Able to work flexibly and as part of a team to meet production targets.
