Monday to Friday | Monday to Thursday (22:00 to 06:00) Friday (6pm to 12pm)

-40,000+ Bonus + Healthcare + Pension, Overtime andamp; 26 days Holidays + 8 Days Bank Holiday

My client is looking for a Nightshift Team Leader with strong manufacturing process experience to bolster their manufacturing facility following a period of investment and growth. Role Description
* Leadership of the night production team, including management of line leaders
* Ensuring production requirements are met, operational targets are achieved whilst ensuring Handamp;S, Quality standards are all delivered

* Ensuring product quality is to customer expectations, training staff where necessary to promote a high quality, continuous improvement culture
* Management of monitoring systems and report generation

Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills
* Confident communicator across all levels and functions
* Metrics and target driven mindset
* Lean manufacturing experience - must have
* Risk assessment trained - must have
